PRODUCT STATUS

What do each product status mean?
  • IN DEVELOPMENT — Item is currently being planned for production and it is currently in the development phase. Do expect a development time of 4- 6 months before the item is ready for Pre Order.
  • COMING SOON — Item is nearing the end of the development phase and item is nearing the next phase.
  • PRE ORDER — Orders are ready for production and items will be made to order in limited quantities only. Pre Orders are usually open for a limited time only.
  • IN STOCK — We currently have the completed product on hand and it will be ready to be dispatched after a successful payment.
  • SOLD OUT — As all our products are produced in limited quantities, once our product goes out of stock we will never restock them and item will not be able to be purchased from our shop again.
  • SOLD EXTERNALLY — Our products are being sold by a 3rd Party and MINISHI and all payment and processing is handled by the 3rd Party.

SHOPPING CART

Are items in my shopping cart reserved?
  • Items are available on a while-stocks-last basis. This means that the items added to your shopping cart are not reserved, and it may be purchased by other customers who have completed the payment process.
  • Items in your shopping cart will be held until you complete the payment process, or if the item gets sold out whichever happens first.
  • You are able to check shipping charges before making a purchase.
    Kindly note that you will not be charged until you submit your credit card information.
  • All sales are final. Please check that you have entered your complete shipping address, your unit number floor number and a reachable mobile number when completing checkout. This is to ensure that our delivery partner is able to reach you if they are required to.
What happens to my item if it's sold out while still in my cart?
  • If item is sold out and you have not checked out your cart, you will lose the opportunity to purchase it.
  • You are able to check shipping charges before making a purchase.

  • Our orders are shipped from Singapore.

What currency is being displaced on our store?
  • Our products are all listed in $USD.
How can I pay for my product?
  • We accept the following modes of payment PAYPAL, MASTERCARD, VISA, APPLE PAY, GOOGLE PAY
What currencies do we accept?
  • Currently we are only able to accept payments in $USD.
Are the prices listed final?
  • Yes, our listed prices are final and they do not change over time. Upon purchase and checkout, your card transactions in US dollar are  converted to your local currency using your local bank's conversion rates on the date of transaction.

    *Do note that some banks may charge a fee for transactions made through overseas-based online merchants.
When will I be charged for my purchase?
  • You will be charged as soon as you complete your checkout by filling in your credit card details successfully

ORDERS

How can I confirm that my purchase is successful?
  • Please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your payment and to verify your purchase, you will be receiving a total of 2 emails. 1 Confirmation email and Payment receipt with your order number in the email that you have provided us with during the checkout process.
  • If you do not receive the confirmation message within 5 working days, please check your Junk/Spam folder as well. Please allow future messages to get through within your email settings for future updates from us.
  • If you did not receive any confirmation email, please send us a email to help@minishi.studio
How will a" IN STOCK" product be processed upon purchase?
  • Please allow up to 7 working days upon receiving the confirmation mail for your purchase. As we will verify and start preparing and packing your order for delivery.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email in the email that you have provided us with. If you do not receive the confirmation message within 5 working days, please check your Junk/Spam folder as well. Please allow future messages to get through within your email settings for future updates from us.
  • The shipping confirmation email contains your tracking link and you can track your items for the latest updates and progress of your shipment.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

What method of shipping do we use?
  • We generally ship by AIR , using Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU).
Do I need to pay duty and taxes?
  • Yes. Charges are to be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Charges are usually incurred when the shipment arrives your designated country. Unfortunately, these charges are beyond our control, and we’re unable to share an estimated cost on this as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
What if there is an issue at my local custom regarding my parcel?
  • Please contact the delivery partner in the shipping confirmation email. We do not have any control of your product once the item has been dispatched.
  • The recipient of the parcel takes full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees due to import duties or taxes.
How can I track my parcel?
  • You can track your parcel using a link we provide you in our 3rd email once the items is dispatched.
  • Please also be on the lookout for any text messages, emails and attempted delivery notes from our courier. They may be required to contact you based on the mobile number that you have given for the collection of the delivery.
Can my order be marked as a gift with a value of $0?
  • Unfortunately, we cannot undervalue orders, or mark them as a gift. Breaking these laws would put us a risk of a ban from shipping to specific countries.

RETURNS

Can I return an item that I have purchased?
  • Unfortunately, we do not allow or accept any returns or refunds for our items. All are reviewed on a case by case basis. Please drop us an email to help@minishi.studio to share about your situation.
